"Shiatsu" translates as "finger pressure".
It is a form of Japanese massage that works to relax and invigorate
the body. We use thumb, palm or elbow pressure on acupuncture
points of the body. This unique technique activates the parasympathetic
nervous system, which allows the body and its internal organs
to relax, reach a balance and let the self-healing process
to begin. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are
used.
